Shrimp Alfredo with Spaghetti Squash and Mushrooms

I love a recipe with 3 simple steps! Excited to add this one to my list of #annestasisrecipes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup (5.46 oz) cooked spaghetti squash (2 greens)
  • 1/2 cup (1.27 oz) brown mushrooms (1 green)
  • 6.5 oz cooked shrimp ( 1 leanest with additional cheese added)
  • 5 TBSP of Classico light Alfredo sauce (1 healthy fat)
  • ½ oz low-fat mozzarella cheese on top (remainder of protein)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (1 condiment)
  • 1 minced garlic clove (1 condiment)
  • 2 tsp dried basil (1 condiment)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cooked all ingredients.
  2. Then mixed in an oven safe bowl.
  3. Baked on 350 for 15 min.

YIELDS: 1 serving

PER SERVING: 3 greens, 1 leanest, and 3 condiments
